The equipment can not only make the machining accuracy reach the standard stably, but also greatly increase the gear making efficiency by 4 times, adding another sharp tool for Jingwei Company to better realize "quality improvement and efficiency increase".

 

In recent years, MA ANSHAN JING WEI SLEWING RING CO.,LTD. faces the rapid increase of order demand and the market rhythm of continuous acceleration, has explored the potential and strengthened the technical transformation. In 2017 alone, the company introduced and transported a large number of key equipment of nearly 10 million yuan to all important production posts, which further improved the quality and efficiency, and also led to the continuous increase of order quantity. According to the introduction of technical personnel, the high-speed gear milling machine introduced this time covers the processing diameter of 800mm-2200mm, the maximum processing gear modulus can reach 25 modulus, the maximum processing straight tooth height is 500mm, the helical angle of helical gear can reach ± 15 degrees, and the equipment performance is in the leading level in China.
